Srini Viswanathan is leading the investment and development activities at Vibrant Energy Holdings and leading the India development platform for Vibrant Energy India. Previously, he was leading SunEdison India’s C&I business where he acquired and managed one of India’s largest open access solar portfolio. Prior to that, he was the Country Head and Managing Director for Solesa Solar Engineering operating across India, Middle East and Africa . At Solesa he implemented India’s first solar diesel hybrid project and managed open access & rooftop project development . Srini started his solar finance and development career by being a founding employee for Sol Systems where he helped to build a mezzanine solar financing business with SRECs in the US.
He completed his MBA from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and started his career at UBS Investment Bank for industrial and renewable energy clients. Previously, he worked for 10 years in the IT Services industry as international sales manager.
Vrindavan Aheer is heading the Business Development and Commercial activities at Vibrant Energy India. Previously, he was heading Armstrong Energy Global India’s C&I business development where he has built and managed 40 MW of open access portfolio. Prior to that, he was Regional Head for Chemtrols Solar India Pvt Ltd., a leading EPC company in Solar sector. At Chemtrols Solar he created new market space in South India for Solar EPC. He was also heading the new business vertical of Prithvi Information Solutions in Solar and SCADA Sectors. He has lead the vertical and secured a 2x 25 MW of Solar Bid from Mahagenco and also done a pilot project on ABT Boundary Metering of Punjab state at 220KV level.Vrindavan Aheer has an overall experience of over 12 years with last 8 years in Solar industry. He is an Electrical Engineer with a Masters in Management, and is also conducting his research on Market Analysis of Energy Management in Industries in collaboration with Pune University.
He has worked on different startup verticals and has been heading the Commercials and Business Development for us. He has worked on more than 100 MW solar Projects with 60% under C&I segment. He brings to table a unique expertise of Engineering and Business development coupled with the experience of steering new business verticals.
Bhavana Tundlum is heading the corporate legal vertical in India and is responsible for advising the management on group’s business, which includes supporting the business team on contracts and compliances, managing regulatory as well as other disputes/litigation, providing strategic inputs on legal and regulatory issues involved in development of solar power projects across India. She has a proven track record in successful negotiation of mutli- million dollar service & commercial contracts; ensure compliance and enforcement of terms.Prior to this, she was part of Apollo Healthcare legal team, spearheading corporate regulatory compliance, arbitration concerns, and legal contract administration while driving successful execution of large-scale acquisition within the healthcare industry. While working in Apollo, she was engaged extensively in negotiating lease agreements and other documentation for lease and loan financings and syndication transactions and structure, negotiate and draft equipment financing program agreements enabling the company to set up its new healthcare units across India.
Before joining Apollo, she was associated with Dharti Dredging, primarily focused on Infrastructure and Energy, including policy, project development, and public private partnership projects. During her tenure in Dharti, her role included addressing regulatory concerns, due diligence reviews, contract negotiations, acquisition/divestitures, and employment law
She completed her BA LLB (Honours) from University of Petroleum & Energy Studies with specialization in Energy Laws. Bhavana has significant experience in advising the stake holders on all aspects of business development, including regulatory issues with regards to power projects, investments in projects, PPAs, financing agreements, EPC and O&M contracts, land acquisition, statutory permits and consents, environment and labour welfare legislation and strategy for dispute resolution.
Nitin Dalmia is heading the Finance and Accounts department at Vibrant Energy India. His previous stints include working with EY and KPMG for close to 7 years. Nitin had been actively involved in advising clients on Mergers and Acquisitions, complicated issues on International Transactions and Representations before various Assessment and Appellate Authorities.Nitin comes with handful experience in the areas viz., Tax Due Diligences, Corporate Taxation Advisory, Cross Border Advisory on Indirect Transfers, setting up of Transfer Pricing Policies of Multi-National Companies. He has also worked with renowned counsels in the technical matters pertaining to his client’s transactions.
Nitin is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI and has 9 years of experience working with Big 4s and a software development company based out of Ahmedabad.
